STATE ETHER AGENCY
Understanding what changed.
After the Fall, the Spanish state coordinated emergency teams, hospitals, scientists and security forces. That provisional response gradually evolved into the State Ether Agency — A.E.E.
Its initial mission is to study Ether, record its manifestations, investigate associated phenomena and protect the public within the framework of the state.
